CANCELLATION
If you purchased a subscription or product with a recurring charge and at any time you would like to cancel, please email connect@rittersp.com at least two business days before your next billing date and we will cancel your subscription otherwise, you will incur a final charge.

If you signed up for a free trial, you must contact us by the last day of the trial period at 11:59 pm EST to cancel your subscription if you do not wish to continue to avoid incurring the product fee.
