Last weekend, I hosted a meal planning workshop at Orange Theory Fitness, Ballantyne in Charlotte, NC.
Meal planning can be a pain in the behind, especially if you think it involves hours of planning and prepping every Sunday afternoon. Steph showed the crew how you can be prepared without hours of preparation. We tackled the steps to properly plan and discussed various scenarios to help each person in the room see how meal planning fit into their own lives. Everyone walked away with a better idea of how to plan for meals, how to be prepared to properly fuel, and easy meal ideas that even a toddler can make.
