Win the hard ones

In Psychology by Chris Ritter

Everything is easy right now.

You’re motivated.

You’ve just started training. But know that the hard days will come.

That’s when you need to remember the process.

Remember your goals.

Remember why you’re getting up early to do this.

Anybody can train well on easy days, but training on hard days…that’s what separates you from a mediocre performance or ultimate success.

Often your mindset is the biggest limiting factor to your accomplishment.

So tune your mind to train through the season with the same intensity day in and day out. Whether you feel great and motivated or you have to trudge through the session.

Keep going.

Then turn around and see how far you’ve come and know that you’re headed in the right direction.
