Mike Molloy is the owner of M2 Performance Nutrition. Mike has a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology with over 9 years of experience in nutritional and physical training as a coach. Mike has managed to coach more than 40 CrossFit Regional and Games athletes. His methodology of nutrition and physical training revolves around creating health, longevity and human performance.
