Steph Saullo is the Performance Dietitian at RITTER Sports Performance. She was raised in Western New York and has always had a passion for nutrition and playing sports. Growing up she participated in multiple sports from dancing and gymnastics to swimming and softball, for fun and to be with friends. She continues to be active and enjoys weightlifting, boxing, riding her bike, hiking and running. Steph believes that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition and optimizing performance. She believes that proper nutrition should be a priority and a habit, not a fad. Steph also believes that while quality nutrition is a basis for health, there is also room for cookies (or insert favorite food here). She empowers people to learn how to make the best nutrition-based choices for themselves and their goals. Steph works with all types of athletes from swimmers, triathletes and cyclists to competitive weightlifters, MMA and other weight class sports. Steph is a Registered Dietitian and completed a Master of Science degree in Food and Nutrition from Framingham State University. She is licensed in the state of North Carolina and the District of Columbia.
