We all know that how well you move and how athletic you are plays a big part in your ability to swim faster. Until now there wasn’t a specific way to screen for swimming specific movements. RITTER Coaches have collaborated with Kendal Jacobson, a well known Physical Therapist to create the Swim Performance Screen.
