Matt Kredich is in his 11th season as head coach at the University of Tennessee and his fourth year as coach of the combined men’s and women’s swimming and diving program. He’s been honored as SEC Women’s Coach of the Year multiple times and his program consistently produces All-Americans. Matt isn’t afraid to try new things or even change his mind about previously help thoughts when it comes to training and performance which makes for a great conversation that you’re sure to enjoy in this episode.
