It is often forgotten that a good warmup for swimming can occur outside of the pool! Check out this video and maximize your warm up before stepping up to the blocks to race!

Complete the exercises until you feel a noticeable change. You can also complete the exercises for a set time or repetition. The goal is to get a light sweat going, the body warm, and the mind ready to swim fast.
